H&H Plant Hire is a newly established dry hire business servicing the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Central Coast and surrounding regions. While they’d made a strong start - with high-quality equipment like their 1.7T and 3.5T excavators - the business was at a critical growth point.
Following our initial discovery call with the H&H team, we identified the need for the company to diversify its customer base, strengthen its market presence, and create reliable channels for attracting new enquiries. While a basic website would provide an online presence, the absence of a clear brand strategy, digital marketing plan, and foundational positioning would make it harder to compete effectively, particularly against larger, established players.
The Solution
